Not personally, but plenty of posts about it.

What drugs is he taking?

Lots of posts on this.

Unfortunately, your husband's visa application will be denied. He will also get a 1 year ban from the US. He can apply for a visa again after his ban expires. He will need to provide proof of treatment and a clean test the next time.

He doesn't have a ban from the US or have to wait for 1 year they gave him a green paper to come back in February to retake the medical. And it was marijuana which he last smoked in February but they still found 28% drugs in his blood

That's the year ban. He was interviewed in February and he can't come back until February.

What is it you are asking to find out?

So yes he does have a year ban and a visitor visa is very unlikely. Because he is in the system now.

If he doesn't have a 1 year ban or have to wait for one year, then why does he have to wait from February 2014 when he last smoked to February 2015 to retake his medical?

Ignorance should be ignored. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/505742-husbands-tourist-visa-approved-waiting-i-130-noa2/#entry7128839

That is so weird that if the last time he smoked was in february he still had 28% MJ in his blood. It should've dissapeared completely after 30 days... U sure he didn't have a smoke a couple of weeks before for fun? i'm not trying to imply he did, it just seems weird. If they would've done a hair drug tests there may have been chances because it takes 3 months to go away.

I feel really sorry all of these things that happened to ya'll, best wishes!

a general search of VJ should provide you with many various experiences from other members in your spouses situation.

FWIW here is a link to wikipeidia on drug testing:

I wish you the best of luck on your journey.
