I received, paid and sent our AOF, but I have not been billed for the Immigrant Visa Application yet. Is this normal? Should I give them a call?

totally normal.

IV FEE BILL Generation tied to the DS-261 being detached , added to the casefile, and a clerk clicking something noting the add.

Might want to join in on the NVC Monthly thread

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

gugu - IV Fee Bill generation is not tied to AOS payment or AOS doc intake.

I'm sorry, yer dead wrong on this one.

IV and AOS are parallel paths, with different start times.

IV Fee is generated after DS-261 is processed. As noted above AOS and IV are to seperate processes. I'm hearing about 3-6 weeks after DS-261 is submitted the IV Fee beomes available to pay.
