Hi

I've been married for 3 years now , my husband already started immigration process and filed for IR-1 , now I have a problem in my papers . I hold a passport which contain an age estimation ( not my real age)I had it a long time when I was in my homeland at that time I wasn't able to get a birth certificate cause I was born in another country , so I got my age estimated by an official doctor and issued my passport with the date of birth they had decided ( 5 years younger than my real age :dancing: ) I live with this information all my life after issuing my passport and when I got married my marriage certificate got the same birth year as in my passport . .

Now for Ir-1 interview an original birth certificate is acquired , I can get one with the real year of birth from the country of birth as I reside in it now . but the it will be different from the marriage certificate and my passport only the year of birth .

Is there a problem or not ? Can they accept my original birth certificate while it is different from my marriage certificate ( only year and place of birth )
