K3 - What to do next? I129f was approved first then came I130 approved after a week. Confused of what's next.

Hi every one, I have almost the same situation.... Approval done same day.... In AM approved I -129f & in PM approved I- 130, on 08/15/2014 (case field 06/12/2014) so ? What is the next? I really don't know except WAAAITT ?

Good evening, thanks for congratulation. I-130 submitted on 06/12/2014 and NOA1 on 6/23/2014 and I-129f submitted on 06/26/2014 and NOA1 on 07/07/2014

Update on my case. We followed the K3 path. My wife just had her interview last Thursday but we hit a snag, I guess. During the interview, the CO asked for a copy of our CENOMAR but she doesn't have one. Now, I read in another thread that the same thing happened to them also and he said that they waited for another 44 days before they got their visa. So hopefully, that will also be our case. They did take her passport though and she was told at the releasing section to just wait for her papers to be delivered to our place. Will update as soon as we hear from them.

I just want to ask for those who know what's next once I129f gets approved and then I130 gets approved after.

Do we still go for the I129f or this is now automatically converted to CR1?

We were very happy that I129f got approved first but then I130 got approved after a week too so now we're a bit confused.

Usually, same day approvals

mean

that the 2 casefiles will travel together into NVC.

Once at NVC, a clerk will see the two casefiles, and administratively close the I-129F, as it's basis for travel for a K-3 visa, an unapproved I-130, doesn't exist anymore.

We were converted to CR1 and is now waiting for an update after receiving a checklist regarding our Affidavit of Support. =)
