As per the title we received our case number and INN from the NVC today. So, i've read that we need to send the choice of agent form. Now, does this get sent out to me? (beneficiary) or can I email the NVC today using the email templates online for this part?

For anyone who has just gone through this stage, I'd love to hear what your thoughts / process was!

Many thanks,

Darcy

You can login with your case number and IIN here. Click on DS261 and follow the instructions. DS261 is the new Choice of Agent and it is now done online, instead of the old email/mail way.

You will receive an email giving you the instruction but most of the time, DS261 can be completed before the email.

Hey!

Thanks for your info, I did try this earlier... unfortunately I get this message when trying:

"Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please contact the National Visa Center if you believe that you have received this message in error".

I'm presuming this means they are waiting for their system to update / put our case up on the system? Any one else had this message?

:)
