Dear All,

I am from India. My elder sister a US Citizen filed for I-130 in April 2010. I got email from USCIS on July 8th 2014 informing it has been approved.

I have following questions for you.
1> I was in India when the petition was filed in April 2010 and the application had my Indian address. I am in USA now on H1-B visa and want to know what should I do to update my address for my I-130 so that the communication with me happens at an address in United States instead of my home country?
2> I could not fill my AR-11 form online as it does not allow me to give past address which is outside of USA? Please let me know if it is ok for me to take a printout of this form and fill this form by hand and send by USPS?
3> Since April 2010 I had 2 babies born in India and I need to add them to my application. Please guide me how to add my 2 babies to I-130 now?
Does it help my case because am in US in terms of timelines? Please guide me so that I can get the required things done at the earliest.
I still have around 4 years left on my H1-B visa and can stay in US on H1-B want to know if I use approval of I-130 to adjust my status?
Many thanks in advance.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

From India they are currently working visas for siblings where the petition was filed in Jan 2002. You have many years to wait until a visa number is available to you . If you are still on a valid resident visa in the US at that time you can file AOS however you can't overstay as that would occur a ban and you wouldn't get a visa. Any child you have that is under about 25 at the time your number is current will come with you ( 21 + cpsa of about 4 years )

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
