Is there no one you know who can do it? I'm not sure I would trust a random website for such an important document.

You should have translated the form before sending it to them ,I understand you since you had only 2 days to submit the documentation that was probably the reason of the rush but its nt too late as long as you have that letter that was sent to you stating that you have to submit documents 1.Print out the letter 2.Translate your medical documents by a certified translator ,3.Write a letter explaining that you did not have much time to translate it cause you had two days,4Fax the affividat of the certified translator,the translator documents,the original documents,the letter that was sent to you,the letter that you wrote this time around fax it to them to the attention of the ID that was provided and will see from there.Good Luck to you

You cannot use a "translation website" for these documents. Although you do not have to use a professional translation company to have it done, you DO have to make sure USCIS can see WHO did the translation, and whether or not they were qualified to do so.

So, for any document named "A", in, for example, Dutch (my own native language), I would have that document included, plus a translation of that document in English. Part of the translated document, there should be a paragraph (at the beginning of the document, preferrably), saying:

I, <translator's name>, certify that I am fluent in the English and <native language name>

languages, that I am competent to perform the translation and that the below translation

is the complete and accurate translation of the document entitled "<document title>."

Dated: _____________ Typed name: _______________________________

Mailing Address: ____________________________________________________

Signature: _______________________________

so USCIS can see who did the translation. If they have questions about it, they can (and will) contact the translator.

Since you sent USCIS a document that is not in English, they will simply not accept it, and send you an RFE, asking for

a translation.

It's not a big program, so relax. It will just delay things for a bit more, that's all!

Any body can do their own translation as long as you are fluent in English.Just sign each page that you are fluent that's it.
