Well, good luck with that. I think what Michelle meant by her comment about 'too much flavor' is that most of the processed foods substitute salt/fat/sugar combos for real flavor. People do get addicted to the artificial flavoring, and that is not a good thing nutritionally. I do not however think that making 'pretend' hot dogs does anyone any good.

I did a gut wrenching profuse sweating stomach churning 1 hour 10 mins on level 14 of my elliptical. Burned 1000 calories ,Followed by a Zaxbys kickin chicken sandwich, order of fries and a DQ peanut buster and 2 metformins. parfait .

I figure it balances out

Geez dude. That's some good work. Doesn't balance out though, the food you listed has waaaaay more than 1000 calories. I'm usually picky about what calories I decide to go with because I know what it takes to burn them off. And it sucks.

I've had a few authentic Asian dishes in my day, all were fairly good that I can remember. Sometimes things don't sound all that appetizing, like steamed chicken, but when you actually see it and taste it, it's prolly all good.

Nothing's better than McDonald's at 2am when you're blazed.

Life is a constant battle for you! ;)

But seriously if NB is indeed doing that he is doing his heart no favours.

Could never understand all the American soldiers in Okinawa who would stuff themselves like pigs, then jog for miles in the mid-day sun. Masochists??

Small healthy portions are the way to go.

Gross!!
