SAN ANTONIO -- San Antonio Police arrested a man they said beat another man to death in front of a crowd of people at an Amtrak Station.

21-year-old Michael Joseph Fobbs is charged with murder for the beating that happened Thursday.

Investigators told KENS 5 the victim was sitting on a bench by himself waiting to board the bus when Fobbs approached the man and started beating him.

Police said Fobbs then paused for a few moments, said, "I feel like killing someone," and then continued to beat the man with his fists until he was dead.

Yeah, I bet there were at least 50 people with concealed carry within sight of the beating, but seeing the perpetrator was only using his fists, no one knew what to do. :rolleyes:

LIB has a point. One of the "liberal" arguments around here was that GZ was not in fear for his life because TM was just a happy go lucky child skipping home from the local 7-11 with his ice tea and skittles when he was shot dead in cold blood by the maniac gun nut wannabe cop.

So how does a person win with the left. If they take the beat down and die, it's the crowds fault, if they defend themselves with deadly force they are racist and could have used other means ??

So what do you do if you find yourself being beat to death by a young man of color ?

What is wrong with the bystanders ? How about what is wrong with the guy that committed the murder. ? Maybe his skittles bag was low
