If you send 100 incomplete or incorrectly filled out I-864s to them they will throw every single one of them away and keep sending you letter after letter saying that you need to do it over---until you do it right

Is this true? or will they deny the visa?or will they just keep sending checklist until it is right?

Yes and they don't miss anything. They sent me a letter twice till i got it right.... they can't tell you how to answer it but they can over the phone tell you what number question needs to be corrected and where you can find the answer especially if it had to do with that confusing tax thing

How much is the waiting time for them to review it?my husband got so confused about all this first he filled I 864ez after that since he is unemployed now but will be back to job/he is currently being interviewed as a teacher he filled I 864 and then he sent I 864 AND I 864EZ forms together with the package(we also have a joint sponsor but his i 864 is filled correctly according to a lawyer)however these 2 forms that my husband filled have a lot of mistakes because the computer kept messing up

desperate we sent 2 more I 864 in another package 1 in which my husband is listed as employed/returning to work in september(with anticipated salary) the 2 one unemployed cause he is temporarily at the moment and put his income as 0.

He did provide taxes for 2010,2011,2012,2013

so in total we sent to NVC 4 forms 2 in which have mistakes?i hope this wont delay our case and confuse them at NVC
