For those of us that have filed the I-130/CR-1, what specific documents are needed with the IV application? So far I have the birth certificate, police record and demographic pages from his passport.

Is there anything else?

What if hes never been in the military? He needs some sort of documntation stating that?

I don't know about Morocco but Egyptians must have a military record showing they are free from military obligations.

You need his birth certificate, marriage certificate, his police record, his card of identity, w-2 forms, copies of the biographic part of your passport, copies of the stamps in passport when you traveled to Morocco.

This is what I remember, let me think a little bit more and will post the rest soon
