Bringing Both Spouse and Child to US

Anyone had done this before? If anyone done this before I have a few question.

I sent two petitions for my spouse and daughter and they are currently in the NVC.

When I send in the DS-260, do I need to include my spouse's birth certificate and our marriage certificate in my daughter's packet to validate that she is our daughter or I just need to send my daughter's birth certificate only.

The same goes to my spouse's packet, do I include to my daughter's birth certificate in there along with our marriage certificate so they know that she's our daughter and process them coincide with each other.

And when this process is done, will they set up the interview date for my spouse and child on the same day or separately.

I had to ask this because it seem they are a lot quicker at processing my daughter's petition than my spouse and I'm worry it might end up where my spouse ends up doing two separate interview.
