Pre-Interview Case File Review, Yellow Letter

I got yellow letter last week on my n-400 case from USCIS.

I have to bring following documents in my interview.

* Please bring your voter's registration card and letter regarding voting history from local election authority office

* if you have Federal, state or local Taxes overdue, bring documents

* Bring state ID

* Bring all passport and travel documents issued by any government

I never applied for Voter registration. I check state website to voter registration status and also call County clerk office of all counties where I lived in Illinois and Texas. None of them find any data, so I never register for voter. Is this mistake by USCIS? Do I need to go some office and bring any document in interview? I'm going local County clerk office to get letter, Do I have to go Texas too?

For Taxes I got account transcripts from IRS stat, I don't own Taxes to IRS. Also got from my state tax office.

I'm more worry about Voter registration card. I never registered and no record found in election authority office in both states. What you suggest? Do you want me to contact Attorney before interview or go to interview with letter local county clerk office and screenshot showing no record found regarding voter registration?

I check my application, didn't answer YES to relevant questions.

Please help me.

Thanks

It is a courteous reminder, you only need to bring ID and passport (to check your trips) to your interview.

For your voter registration if possible call them back and have them send you letters confirming that you have not been registered for voting. You will probably need that in the interview.

For taxes your account transcripts should be good.

Please don't forget to take those with you as the officer might want to shine some light over that. Good luck.

Thanks silkafi88

Ya, just send mail to Texas election authority to get some kind of letter or email confirming i'm not register for Voter. I'll go local County clerk office to get letter from them.

I read few topic on internet, they discussed how the Voter issue is very serious. Should I contact immigration Attorney for this? Or just wait for interview.
