My Miserable Life

so here is my miserable situation, i live in an asian country(pakistan) and a pretty successful international business man. there is some enemy of mine who is continuously trying to damage my reputation, business and life. he falsely try to fix me in human trafficking case in 2012 (its very easy to bribe police here and get desired results) but i was never arrested, charged or convicted and after initial investigation court of law declared me innocent. now i was traveling to Malaysia and someone called Malaysia immigration(giving reference of previous false case) that i am a criminal and a security threat to country, he also told them that i have dangerous plans and malaysia denied me entry on the basis of that information on visit visa, even i showed them that i had nothing to do with the alleged case and court of law declared me innocent already(court order shown to them).

meanwhile i also applied for Australian business visit visa and the same information was given to Australian high commission as well.

now my situation is that i am innocent but got deported(refused entry) from malaysia and Australian high commission wrote a letter to my government to investigate me as well.i am amazed how someone can destroy someone life by just some anonymous calls, how to get out of this mess and how to clear my name and is there anyway that i can remove the deportation which is now associated with my name.

What did you do, exactly, to make someone such an enemy that they would seek to destroy you?

As far as I know, hearsay of this nature won't have much effect, without some evidence. I'm guessing there is somewhat more to this story than you're letting on....

for sure enmity is good enough for someone to screw me all over, its more a personal enmity rather then business rival, but it doesn't justify doing dirty tricks like these.

what i am now afraid of is will i every be able to travel now or i am done for life with a bad tag?

do i have any legal option to challenge what happened with me in Malaysia(deportation)?

for sure enmity is good enough for someone to screw me all over, its more a personal enmity rather then business rival, but it doesn't justify doing dirty tricks like these.

what i am now afraid of is will i every be able to travel now or i am done for life with a bad tag?

do i have any legal option to challenge what happened with me in Malaysia(deportation)?

With the kind of money, and therefore power, that you must have, you should speak to your attorney about what can be done. That is what I would do.

As a dot com millionaire, you should have no problem retaining legal counsel to protect yourself.

I have some international law expertise - studied it in law school, worked at a firm that did some - but these questions, and your possible courses of action, would require a fair amount of research to determine.

This is a do it yourself site for US immigration. What you are asking first of all doesn't involve US immigration, it involves 2 other countries, and secondly there is no way on Earth anyone has the expertise here to even guess what will happen with your future and immigration. Hire an attorney, a good one who can help you with the 2 countries involved.
