AOS I-134 or I-864 or both?

I am so very confused. I need a co-sponsor for the Affidavit of Support so, do I hand in:

two copies of I-134

or one copy of I-134 and 2 copies of I-864

or two copies of I-864

with all supporting documentation.

I would suggest A- 2 copies of I-134 for the K1 visa. The I-864 is generally used for later on in the Adjustment of Status (AOS) phase of your immigration journey.

I-134 only for K-1 Visa

I-134 for K1, must be over 125% poverty guidelines, must have one from main sponsor/US fiancé/e and one from co sponsor (if USC fiancé/e isn't about 125%) with supporting docs

I-864 for AOS. Must be above 125% of poverty guidelines, USC spouse must submit one even if they don't exceed the guidelines (In which case a co sponsor fills a I-864 as well.) if a sponsor is combining income with someone in the same household (for example, your co sponsor is a married friend) he would fill an I-864 and if he was using a spouses income as well, they would fill an I-864a)

Supporting docs:

-3 years tax returns or transcripts (while it says only 1 year is required,you can submit earlier tax returns if it helps demonstrate their ability to support you. Also transcripts are much prefered. You can order them online or print them off the website)

-6 month paystubs

-proof of US citizenship (photocopy of birth certificate or passport biography page)

-employer letter

-bank statements showing deposits from job

As mentioned above and basing from your timeline, you will need an I-134 for the K1 visa application. Forwarding 2 copies to your fiance would be a good idea plus the supporting docs. Most consulates would require the petitioner's most recent 1040 and W-2 or 1099, provided the petitioner meets 125% poverty guidelines.

An I-134 from the USC petitioner and and I-134 from the co-sponsor. Both should provide their supporting documents and the co-sponsor should also include proof of being a USC or LPR.

When it comes time for AOS, then the USC petitioner/sponsor will provide an I-864 and the joint sponsor will provide their own I-864, both with the same types of supporting docs and proof of being a USC or LPR for the joint sponsor.

I thought I was checking things over and over, and I was just about to

send I-864 to my fiancee for her interview.

I will re do it in I-134. Whew...

Boy, it pays to double and triple check everything like many have advised.
