Maybe because the fiscal yr ends in October they squaring it off........ sometimes too they move a little faster or slower than visa bulletin so it seems March is included.

My case is not yet complete. AOS and civil documents were received by NVC on July 15, 2016. Until now the NVC has not completed its review. This September 2016, my priority date (F2B - Philippines, November 1, 2005)is already current because NVC is now processing petitions before December 1, 2005. Is it possible to request the NVC for the expeditious review of my documents and schedule my appointment for interview at the US Embassy, in order to take advantage of the current visa bulletin? Thank you for any reply.

I called yesterday and i was told they havent reached marcha yet. Did you guys request expedites or were your categories changed fue to your relatives becoming citizens

I think when you call NVC, they only tell you what they see on screen and according to present Visa Bulletin. They are not aware of whats going on back office. I also call them even few days back they were saying they are working on Jan now. But all of sudden they send interview letter.

I totally second that most times when i call its just a standard response.

Hey, my petitioner is nota USC, so I'm definitely not F1. I'm wondering if there is a back log at the embassy because if you look at the IR-1 spreadsheet it's taking a while for interviews to be scheduled. My only concern is that I saw someone in the IR-1 thread with a CC date later than mine, got a March interview date.
