Chart B moved 7months out of 12 in the previous fiscal year and it has already moved 6 weeks in this new fiscal year, which indicates that it might move more than 7months in this new fiscal year by Go

How many days did you wait from the time you submitted your AOS, financial evidence and civil documents up to yesterday when you received email that your case is completed review? In my case, my AOS, financial evidence and civil documents were received by NVC on July 15, 2016. To this date I have not received any email from the NVC.

I think it's around December'15, when I submitted my final documents and they have send me query for PCC, I sent same doc once again and it got accepted. I got to know my case is completed on phone on July 16, 2016 and received email yesterday. So it takes almost a year to proceed the case.

People with Pd jan 2011 have already received Welcome letter .You should email NVC and ask them

i called NVC, they said already sent to your mailing address. After i received welcome package can you tell me when will be the estimated interview date?

It depends on when your pd become current.I can only predict maybe your pd become current next year in june ,july or early

I just got an email from NVC that we're missing information in my docs. Which is weird, since I literally went over every piece of info that they had asked for.

Too late to contact anyone now, I'll do that in the morning.

Ques: for the questions on the I864 that don't apply to us, do we leave it blank or put N/A?

I'm going thru my copy of the package, and nothing is incomplete or missing..but thats only my understanding..

Also, does the petitioner need to fill out the I-864? Or just the sponsor? As in, do I need to provide an I-864 for both the petitioner AND sponsor or just one?

Big relief!!!

I just called NVC and got to know my interview is scheduled on October 5th, however I haven't received email for that. They said I should get it in couple of weeks.

PD March 14, 2010 and case completed on August 16, 2016

My Priority Date is Feb 2010

I have interview on 25th October

So Guys if you can help with the questions and documents I must prepare for the interview?

Congrats!! Just be honest with your answers, I read in another thread they asked questions like: if you were married, what job does your sponsor do, where you're going to live and such. And to be on the safe side, bring a copy of the packet you sent in, that way if anything is missing, outdated, or if you need to sign again, you have them handy. Relax. You've been waiting awhile, home stretch :)
