My facebook friend Malaki27 and his sister are in F2B category and their priority date is May 26, 2009. He, Malaki27, posted on the Spanish-language immigration forum that his interview at the embassy in Lima, Peru is scheduled for April 18th and his sister's is scheduled for April 19th.

What this means for all of us is that the April 2016 visa bulletin for F2B visa category will definitely move forward.

Karachiite,

Just so you know, in my brothers' cases, it took exactly 45 business days for the NVC to issue the IV fee invoice from the date that the AOS fee showed "paid".

The first NVC operator we spoke to told us that it would take 30 business days for the IV fee to be invoiced and when the 30 days were up, we called NVC again, and this time, the operator said that it takes 45 business days for the IV fee to be invoiced.

After the 45 business days were up, we called NVC a third time, the operator basically told us to wait one more day. However, hours later, the website allowed us to finally pay the IV fee.

My brothers are in F2B category, priority date sept. 24, 2009, in case you want to know.
