Chart B moved 7months out of 12 in the previous fiscal year and it has already moved 6 weeks in this new fiscal year, which indicates that it might move more than 7months in this new fiscal year by Go

Hello everyone this is my first time to use visajourney ! I need some help my scan date is 4th jan , when do you think the Nvc will reply ?! Second thing we didnt send the work license as my sposnor is self employed we also didnt send the proof of relationship for i864A joint sponor ! I really dont want to wait any longer for a checklist ive been postponing marriage with my long distance boyfriend for this and everything seems to be complicated and isnt gonna be resolved anytime soon!

Good morning everyone,

Just wanted to say that my brothers' priority date is September 24, 2009 and they're F2B visa category.

The NVC contacted us via e-mail somewhere around July 15, 2015 to do the Choice of Agent.

So far, this is what we have done:

Completed Choice of Agent on 07/28/2015

Paid AOS fees in August of 2015

Paid IV fees on 09/30/2015

Mailed in AOS and IV paperwork on 12/26/2015

The NVC sent us an e-mail on 02/05/2016 stating that we need to re-send the I-864 forms because the ones we sent are outdated and we should have sent the July 2015 version. Oh boy!

The NVC also said my brothers still needed to submit their DS-260 forms online which they have not done and I have no clue when they will do that.

I thought I would share this with you.

You can always try and call them.

I don't understand what you mean by 'scan date'. I'm going to assume NVC sent you the welcome package where you need to gather items from the checklist?

Thanks for the update.

I'v been told to always follow the checklist and always send the most recent of everything. And PHOTOCOPY EVERYTHING TWICE.

A scan date is the date Nvc receives alll your documents and scan it into their system they send you an email with it
