Seems like you need to wait about 4 months if the current visa bulletin advances only by one month. Hopefully, it advances by more.

I also don't think they schedule the interview until the PD is current so if they schedule it in 4 months, then the interview most likely won't happen until 5-6 months.

I have a similar case, my case was completed by NVC on 20 NOV. But priority date is 12MAR2009 and category F2B (which is current by the way) but still didn't get the interview letter! I hope i will get it this month. :clock:

Anyone thinks that i should call the NVC and ask them about my interview date?

Thanks

They are working on 01 April,2009.I dont think there is any harm in calling and find out, atleast you'll get an idea from them....

I have the same problem but my PD date is 26 OCT,2009. I'm calling them today to find out.

we got email from them on the 11th Dec ...it was completed .

Just got back from calling them waited roughly over 11 mins to talk to a CRS.Was told the case is completed and they are working with the Guyana embassy to set up interview. The representative said she cannot give me the exact date because she doesnt have that information. But as soon as they get the date they will notify us.

Thats it we only have to wait now. Its a matter of time. Hopefully the soonest.

Keep me updated with your status please, and i will do the same too. Since both our cases are very similar.

Good luck!

Thanks for the reply.I checked the visa bulletin and they are working on 01 April,2009.How many months do they work on at a time?Do you know?

Nobody really knows, the bulletin usually jumps ahead 4 to 6 weeks every month. Jan 2016 bulletin is for PDs from April 09 and earlier, so maybe by July/August this year, based on how the bulletin moves before your PD is current, and thats just a guess. You just have to watch and wait.

My PD is 12MAR09 with case completed since 20NOV15 but still no IL anyone else faced this delay?

My agent contacted NVC couple days ago and they told him that "my case is complete and current and that I should wait for IL".

But it's the 10th of the month and i guess they are not scheduling interviews anymore for February. I have to wait another month!

Please did anyone faced the delay or similar situation let them contribute :)

Thanks
