Hello Everyone,

My brother's case was completed on 22nd sept. His PD (Jan, 2016) is already current but we haven't received any IL yet. I called NVC last week and they told that interview hasn't been scheduled and will be scheduled when visa will become available.

What does it mean "When visa will become available"? I told her that PD is already current but still didn't get any answer from them.

What do you guys think, when will we receive IL? Pls. help.

You say you're brother's priority date is January 2016, this a typo, can you check again? Case complete at USCIS, I would assume and sent to NVC which means he has some time to wait.

If you mean 2010, you should check the bulletin, he may be receiving his welcome package shortly.

Updating the timeline in your profile is very helpful to the us on the site, you should fill it out.

But please, check his PD and give the correct date.

If his PD is after 15Jan09, technically its not current, but might be in Nov 2015 bulletin. I say call NVC again sometime this week.

No, his PD is 4th Jan 2009 so it's already current. I have called NVC, they said they can't tell anything untill visa becomes available.

Visa are scheduled based on the completion date. As your completion date is 22nd September 2015 you will receive IL by end of this month earliest.

Well, Nov 2015 is out, F2b is at 08Feb09 in the regular bulletin, while the AOS bulletin, no change.

My daughter's priority date is also 4th January 2009. She already had interview on October 01, 2015 and got her visa on October 02, 2015 and passport in hand on October 6, 2015. Her document

completion date was July 6, 2015.

We submitted our documents (AOS) first in July and then PCC later in eary sept.

Our case was completed on Sept 22 and received an email from NVC on 29th Sept stating "All documentation necessary to complete the National Visa Center's processing of your case has been received. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner and attorney (if applicable) will be notified."

We didn't hear anything from NVC after that, it's been almost 15 days and our PD is already current. I am little worried now.

On my daughter's visa stamp IV Category is showing as F24 instead of F2B what does it mean. Any help will be appreciated.

My sister has sponsored me and I came of F4. My daughter is coming on F2B why the visa stamp is showing as F24

I mean and hope you will get interview letter by end of this month or early next month but interview date will be in December 2015. This is based on all the cases I have watching.
