once I emailed NVC but they replied after six weeks.And from where to get an immediate response from NVC any email or number or anything else.

I send my documents before two months in steps till one month before.

So I have a question

If I send DS-260 today if possible,then how long after I will receive IL?

and what will my interview date?.

There is no error I received from NVC yet hope and pray not in future.

By the way Does CEAC technical issues resolve some nearby days.

After DS-260 is done, it can take up to 2-3 months for actual interview. Depends on how many are in queue before you, who have had similar problems and are delayed. But mostly they accommodate those whose cases are complete, in the order of PD priority.

I havent recvd any e-mail from NVC regarding the case completion.

In fact, the last mail I have in my inbox dated 24th March 2015 when NVC received my packages.

But NVC sent an e-mail to chubbs though. I confirmed mine when I see NA in front of AOS fees by calling them, since then I have made many calls to confirm abt my case status and every time operator says the same thing.

So, it hardly matters to me to receive or not to receive an e-mail. Now, the thing which matters to me is Interview Letter only.

Yes Hamida I received email about Case completion and they said the interview would be scheduled soon. Towards the end of that month I called NVC and the officer gave me the interview date and the time. I received an email about those details much later about 2 weeks after my call. So just keep calling in like 10-12 days.

Im not satisfied with this bulletin.

I thought it would have move up to 22 Nov at least, but since it got short by just a week could affect my case and wait can be increase up to october now. Moreover, here people coming up with pd june, july etc whose cases nt completed yet .... this will result in slow movement in future.

Do not be unsatisfied. You should be glad that it is still moving. I was happy to see the movement of 4 weeks. I will be happy if my daughter becomes current in October 2015 bulletin

You should give up hope maybe next month it will move by 5 weeks and your date could be current in next month bulletin and interview letter could be received by end of next month(August 2015) for

interview date of sometime after September 11, 2015 date.

Is this the update for ur daughter's case or ur other relatives???

There is no other way to know whether it is completed or not unless you call them. I did call NVC to confirm the completion and finally gt relaxed when operator said YES. But, I took this step when I saw an AOS fees gt changed to NA from Paid.

What abt ur AOS fee, what does it says?? If it says NA then it means it is completed but do check with them by calling.

Do you get email after you pay AOS fee? and what does it mean by complete for AOS, does it mean they have reviewed AOS and everything is fine?

Luckily I mailed VJ and that day two things happened.One I DS-260 opened and second I received a letter I was so happy I Thought it is IL but when I uncealed envelope it was a checklist informing me that I did not filled out DS-260.They told me to fill it out and after that they will send me IL.They also gave me a time line of forty five(45) days to review forms.Now I completed DS-260 and waiting for IL.Can you tell me what will be exact time to receive IL and what would be the next step as DS-260 was the last thing that I filled out documents are already sent to NVC and there was much time to review things and they don't need any further inquiry only DS-260 review is remaining.So my question when will they send me IL.Will they complete 45 days or will take shorter time I wish soon as My PD already Current.

Can I ask NVC when they will schedule my Interview.As I think they won't take much time to review only DS-260.

If I call them is there any problem I mean can they delay my case or it is formal and whom will I talk answers are feeded or I have to speake someone in this situation I read somewhere they forbid to disturb them.

My dates are off course current but I still look at Visa Bulletin.It moved to Nov 2008.Now it is moving slowly than Previous year.

Hope these situations will not disheart us.Perhapes next month will bring bulletin for hamida and puru.

Actually, I exaggerated it last night after reading the dates. Yes, you are right I should be glad that it moved at least & 4 weeks is not that bad. Perhaps, we can't get anything before the right time and destiny.

We have been waiting for ages ... its hardly a matter of 2-3 months more and then the life will be changed forever

NO, they dont e-mail you.

First they send you an e-mail requesting to pay the Fee for AOS. But, you need to confirm on Ceac.state.gov by login and check the status of payment. First it says "In Progress" while the payment got processed in their system which usually takes 2-3 business days and then you will read it says "Paid". Once the status got changed to Paid then you will find the receipt of AOS over there on same domain.

Same happened with IV fee too. Once you pay the AOS fee, they will send an e-mail after a week or two requesting you to pay IV fee. And again there will not be any confirmation mail you will gt but the only thing to know by login at ceac.state.gov and check the status and print out the receipt once its paid and available to download.

Its important to carry both receipts (AOS & IV) during the interview bcoz consular may ask an applicant abt the fees.

I have no clue as I havnt read this statement anywhere during my consular processing. Where did you find this statement?? In e-mail or at ceac website?? It seems that you have copied this phrase "... complete for AOS " from somewhere. Its not a standard language written anywhere at least I am not familiar with this line.

But, since its says complete for AOS then treat it that way ...

Hello glad to see you're almost at the end of your journey. At this point you just have to do wait for NVC to review your DS260 form. Since they said 45days you could call and check in weekly to get an update. I'm afraid NVC is unpredictable and no one can tell you when exactly it would be reviewed. Once it is reviewed and your case is complete you'll be scheduled at the next available appointment at your embassy.

It is better to move slowly than faster and retrogress. What happened in January 2011 it moved back 2 years and 2 months that was very scary.

My daughter's priority date January 04, 2015.

Today AOS Document went from paid to N/A

I also received the confirmation from NVC regarding this that they will inform us as soon as interview has been scheduled.

My expectations

We should receive the interview date for October 2015 and should receive the letter by September 2015 after October visa bulletin has been published saying Priority date will be current in October 2015.

Please pray that September 2015 visa bulletin moves by 4 weeks and October 2015 moves by atleast 3 weeks so that her priority date is current for the month of October 2015 in September 2015 bulletin.

So AOS fee paid, monies are deducted from bank account and online status now changed from In Process, to Paid, but never received any email from NVC, even though clicked few time email receipt and email coversheet buttons over the period of last 5 days. What should be next? TIA!
