Sorry for the Bad News...

All visa interviews between June 22 and 26 at US consulates in India have been cancelled. The US embassy has said that the interviews will be rescheduled.

Visa applicants with appointments during June 22 to June 26 are requested to reschedule their appointments for biometric enrollment and visa interview to a date after July 6, 2015.

Hey people!

I have to start looking at the visa bulletin all over again!!!! The good news is my son will be getting married this December, and so we file for GC for his wife after that. Since he will be an LPR, her visa will be under the F2A category!!!. I heard that Charles Oppenheimer has predicted F2A will be current again in 2016. So folks! wish me luck and here's wishing all my friends here the very best and and keeping my finger crossed for all.

Finally person I am trying to help with (petitioner) got the NVC Welcome Letter, it lists all the case details and process. It says AOS fee invoiced $120.00. However she was not able to login online with case # and Invoice #.

Beneficiary haven’t got any COA selection email, possibly because NVC don’t have email ID of beneficiary.

So my queries are:

1. What should be next steps? Call NVC and pay $120.00 fee and have them send COA email to beneficiary.
2. Document checklist appears to be confusing, do you submit Financial Documents, and Supporting Documents together OR pay AOS fee, complete AOS, and send required Financial Documents and then send supporting documents with IV package?
3. Can AOS be sent only after fee payment?

Any help is appreciated.

Last email I got was on May 15, 2015 confirming receipt of documents on May 12, 2015.

Call NVC and they said they will send the communication to the supervisor to look into this as DS - 260 was submitted early May and the email said it will be reviewed within 30 days but no action

• Did you complete DS-261 yourself or you asked beneficiary oversees to complete it?
• Did you send AOS and related documents? I am so confused with the checklist that petitioner has received. Looks like it's same checklist that beneficiary received as well.

PCC is valid for one year from its issuing date.

Dont worry abt Medical, when an applicant gt the interview letter only then they give the instructions to go for it.

I think there are 3 cases in total you are waiting for having the date with Nov 08 for ur daughter, Jan 09 and Mar 09 for ur other relatives.

I am curious to know when will ur daughter will receive an interview?? I think she might be current in August bulletin, whats her exact pd??

And, is her case gt completed or still under review at NVC??

According to some online predictions, august could go for 5 weeks jump this time and could touch the 22nd Nov 08.

Is this the update for ur daughter's case or ur other relatives???

There is no other way to know whether it is completed or not unless you call them. I did call NVC to confirm the completion and finally gt relaxed when operator said YES. But, I took this step when I saw an AOS fees gt changed to NA from Paid.

What abt ur AOS fee, what does it says?? If it says NA then it means it is completed but do check with them by calling.

May daughter's date is 4 January 2009.

Her case is still not complete. Documents were received by NVC on June 12, 2015.

AOS fee is still showing as Paid and not N/A,

My nephew with March 2009 date has received Welcome letter last month and paid the fees and now working on his AOS and civil documents.

I am expecting my daughter to receive her interview call by September 2015 with interview date of sometime in October 2015 (What do you think)
