still everything is showing as same. 261 - COMPLETED, 260 COMPLETED IV Fee paid, AOS Fee Paid. No progress

Puru, Hamida Im sure your IL will be held until the month before the PD becomes current. And thats when you will be informed by NVC about your interview date. I clearly remember thats what happened in our case . We completed documentation sometime Oct 2007, our PD was current in Dec 2007 and we received IL during the last week of Dec 2007 for interview on 27 Jan 2008.

And yes SAP283, I will post about the visa as soon as my son gets it. I too heard that BMB gives out visas immediately and the visa status check page shows the change almost immediately, as soon as the interview is over. Maybe its just a click on the PC for the officer, as soon as he approves it.

On 2nd June I have submitted joint sponsor documents. And now I am in waiting list like many others

My affidavit of support was avsolutely right, income was 2500$ above the povert guidelines. Actually one of our house hold member died but counselor was consistent on his stance that house hold size is 9 and I was arguing that house hold size is 8, in the end I quit arguing with him and accepted 221g, bcz I heard the storues that if you argue more or annoy the CO they might give you green ir yellow 221g or DNA test etc,
