Hi Feyillit..

When does your case got approved from USCIS Vermont? And after how muc time NVC sent a receipt mail?

I got mine approved on 27th November 2019 and still awaiting any communication from NVC. It has been more than 80 days, and still NVC haven't received my case, it seems.

Regards,

AG

My sweet sister tried reaching them. She continuously called them around 40 times. For about 1 hour. The phone automatically gets disconnected.

Is there any suitable time to reach them? Any different contact number. We used the one given on their website.

Nice.. you’re almost there. My pd is May 14th, 2015.

My PD for filing (Chart B) is getting close as well. What should we expect when it becomes current? Do we wait for a letter first or we can proceed with filing? Where do we post our files?

If you're in the U.S., you have to wait for the letter, give it like 4 weeks starting from the end of March if dates are current in Chart B for you.

If you're outside U.S., I believe you have to follow Chart A (Final Action Date) and wait for the letter.

Thanks for the prompt response. Wouldn’t I need to complete my files as well so they’re ready when PD becomes current in Chart A?
