Yes, my sister called to nvc and was told that they had received my case on december 30 and that they would been sending the welcome letter in 6 weeks. They are creating cases received on november 4. So, call them.

My PD is march 2015 and its current on 2nd chart . no welcome letter yet, tho I sent them an email few days ago

Yes a person having Pd 8 January 2015from (Portugal) got his case no and invoice no through phone call at dated 20 December 2019.

and he started his nvc process. He paid the fee and also submitted ds260

Actually invoice no and case no is a Welcome letter
