Did u taken any action or request for approval at USCIS ? Or normally approval ? Plz inform me.

Yes, I talked to my local congressman and senator's office to followup. Case was approved in 2 weeks after submitting the inquiries. Also as long as your PD is current they must approve your case.

Which service center ?

It's California but I have long way to go before getting approved. You can see on the profile.

Anyway, I am more worried about RFE since it is now turning out to be very common to ask RFE if Birth Certificate is not registered during birth which unfortunately is not possible as birth certificate only started in 2008. One guy from Bangladesh got petition denied so it seems I might have to go through DNA testing if proof of relationship is asked. Let me know if your petition gets approved or you are given RFE

Also is your birth certificate issued post 2008 or you have something from the hospital that you submitted when you were born?

The department of state has predicted that there will be a rapid forward movement for family based in the upcoming visa bulletins until there's an increase in demand. I pray it moves as predicted and they shall be no retrogession By God's grace 🙏 .. My PD is close on date of filing chart

Yes. Vermont needs to expedite action for family preferences. PD will soon become current and no approval yet

I am waiting for approval of I-130, I did an Inquiry and they answered this, what does it mean?

The status of this service request is:

On 10/22/2019, you contacted USCIS concerning your I-130 to notify us that you believe your case is outside of our normal processing time. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.

Your case is currently being adjudicated. You should receive a notice of action* within 90 days.

*A notice of action may be in a form of Approval Notice, Denial Notice, Transfer Notice , Request for Evidence, or Notice of Intent to Deny.

We hope this information is helpful and appreciate your continued patience.

My priority date is June 2015, I'm in California

In theory, you are off by 1 year since the current date to raise query for case outside normal processing time is 12 Jul, 14. So, even though you did and it seems they have responded to it. I wonder would that apply to any case that raise a query and get their case too look at?

USCIS processing time has retrogressed again. At the end of June 2019, the date was Aug 8 2014. Now today as of 29 October 2019, it is at June 14 2019. In total, it has retrogressed 6 months since June.  This is not a great sign because if after Jan 2021, if a new government gets elected and suddenly we start getting lots of petition getting approved, this will put pressure on priority date and then Priority Date may retrogress which I pray that it doesn't. USCIS needs to sort this issue and start transferring cases from Vermont and California to like Texas, Nebraska and Potomac where cases gets approved as low as 7 months in Texas to 2.5 years in Potomac.
