Chart B moved 7months out of 12 in the previous fiscal year and it has already moved 6 weeks in this new fiscal year, which indicates that it might move more than 7months in this new fiscal year by Go

Well you need to do both. Why not try one and see what happens. First you need to pay like $120 something to start the process and choose agent or yourself. Then start filling forms for DS-260 and $300+ fees for each person. Then attach all documents and AOS. Usually within 2 weeks after submitting everything, you will get either a confirmation letter or they will ask for more documents.

This is what my Attorney gave me few weeks ago. I hope this helps you. Btw my PD is Oct 2nd, 2014 so i hope i get the welcome letter soon ..!!

F2B will not be moving forward for October. They are estimating F2B could move max 6 weeks between October and January, but there is no forward movement for October

Between October and January only 6 weeks movement? How do you know about December and January now?please clarify . Thanks

Great.  Please let us know when your case get completed after submission of documents. My PD got current in October visa bulletin so it means I need to wait 1 month more for welcome letter. Please keep posted. Thanks

I read that f2b could be moving by 6 weeks in the coming months  and it might occur monthly on the visa bulletin.. It was never stated that no Movement Will happen in the upcoming visa bulletin
