The petitioner must be in the US until you land on US soil Vctrokoye. If it is a short trip thats fine, but if it can be avoided so much the better.

Hey Chubbs,

I am glad that ur son's case is in progress. I think NVC will finishwith ur papers very soon, usually they say 60 days but I think that's a standard language or reply for every case including F4 where spouse and derivative beneficiaries are come along with the main applicant.

But, in F1 and F2B there won't be many papers to file. I hope your son will receive the interview letter very soon :)

All the best and don't worry about this horrible waiting time. Golden days are coming ahead!!

Hi puru444

I see u put in ur IV did u send the document sheet with it. If yes did u mark the financial part on urs even if u did not send it ur petitioner did. Did u mark enclosed or u leave it empty .Need help for friend.

I have told my father to leave IV's supporting documents checklist blank and I left AOS's financial documents checklist blank on cover sheet.

I have told my father to leave blank IV's supporting documents checklist and I did the same by leaving AOS's financial documents checklist blank while sending the cover sheet to NVC.

Has anyone received any notification from NVC to start the pre processing of their F2B Visa. Last month people with priority date of 20 September 2008 had received communication from NVC. I was wondering if anyone with October 2008 or November 2008 has received any communication.

As my daughter's date is November 2008 I just wanted to know when should I expect to receive any email from NVC.

I have sent email to NVC with no response (it has been almost 6 weeks)

I paid for AOS on 2 March and AOS documents mailed on 19 March and was received on 20 March. On 26 March. NVC acknowledged the receipt of it with the following message "We expect it will be at least 60 days from the date we received your mail before we complete thereview of your documents"

Meanwhile, I have not been invoiced for IV processing. I wonder when the payment for it will be enabled.

Again, will the financial documents of my sponsor be included in IV package when mailing?
