@Kokomaster: Hey did your petition get approved at Vermont is this I-130 F2B category? Also did you do anything different to expedite the process. Again, congrats as this seems to be current bottle neck.

Hello,

My PD is December 2017 (I am permanent resident outside US), case was transferred from California to Vermont and received Approved letter on June 28 2019,

As I understand Visa bulletin dates ("Dates for filling") will matter for me AFTER I'll receive welcome letter from NVC right? and then I can submit DS260 and start processing.

Also they will send new case number with invoices right?

you will have to wait till your priority date becomes current in  "Date of filing chart" before NVC can be processing your case

Great! We now know that Vermont isn't processing the cases on first come first serve basis then.

We still need the 2nd chart to move forward too.. Hopefully it will!!

I am also hoping there will be a 4-5 months movement on chart B in Sept 19 visa bulletin. Last year Sept visa bulletin 2018, chart 2 moved forward by many months. I read that USCIS fiscal year ends in sept so they have to allot remaining visa numbers.

My F2B priority date is Jan 2015, Vermont service center. I-130 not approved yet. I will be filling AOS application as i am already in the US as soon as my date of filling becomes current. Hopefully Chart 2 moves forward in this sept 19 Visa bulletin. Best wishes for faster movement for everybody in here !
