Anybody received F2b pd november 2013 welcome letter

I don't get welcome letter but I got a mail from the NVC saying....AS THIS CASE IS PROCESSING ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH CEAC ALL FORMS AND DOCUMENTS MUST BE SCANNED AND UOLOADED AT DEP OF STAES CONSULAR ELECTRONIC APPLICATION CENTER [ CEAC] ANd them send me the webstie…..My PD 8 June 2014.....what those it mean?

You received nvc case no and invoice I'd in this mail .it is also called welcome letter.which date you received this mail and what is your country ?you can log on ceac site through nvc case no and invoice no. For completing the documentation

Country of chargeability area.....I already received case number since 2015 ...this letter I received 3 days ago....I try loging but it asking for invoice ID...is the invoice ID start with WAC...………..?

Invoice id start with IV Letters your invoice I'd in your mail with the nvc case no And check your mail again which is received from nvc

Thats the WL, you just got it through mail. Now collect all your documents mentioned in the mail and send it to NVC untill CC completed.

By the way from which country you are processing

if you get IL this year, your total wait time to get visa would be 5.5 years, atleast one year less than usual wait time😎

Hi I would like to know if am calling to find out if a IL date is ready who do I call the NVC or the local embassy????

if your PD is current, you have to wait for your call, it also varies by country and service center. Also Jamica in the top ten list fo F2B applicants

All forms and documents will need to submit thru online using Ceac accounts, they will provide ur case number and receipt number, and then ask you to pay first the iv fee and aos fee.

Do any one how I can get my invoice ID # ? cause I try login to CEAC but it asking for the invoice id #....
