Still no news. PD Dec 2011. CC 09/25/18 We are assuming the shutdown is affecting the response times and interviews, but it's just our guess. Have tried to call NVC 4 times in the past 2 weeks and I have been kept on hold for over 30 minutes, and then I give up.

You can try sending them email through the Ask NVC page and see if it helps.

My mom filed case I130 in March 2014

petiotion approved September 2014

Nvc sent letter that PD is not current

recieved email from NVC In December 2018, submitted Aos fees, IV Visa fees and all civil documents and AOSalready submitted . Now what’s next when will be my interview be scheduled. Pls guide

According to March VB, your PD is current. You should contact NVC to get IL

You have to wait atleast 8+ months to get your IL according to recent PD movement

Did you receive WL, if not you should contact them. Although you have to wait a year to get IL
