My PD is now current Feb 15 2007 but still haven't received my IL until now. :(

For August 2018, NVC only schedule for F2B case with PD before Feb 15, 2007 in Philippines.

You can get interview letter only if the cut off date passed your PD, and hope that in the next month, the F2B will move.

Hey guys. My brother is for F2B with pd 8/2012, When do you guys think we will get any thing for him for NVC. I mean WL or so. We have not heard anything from NVC accept the first email with his case number for 5 year or 6 years ago. Hes from Pakistan and my mother who lives here applied for him. Please any insight would be highly appreciated.

Thanks,

Bushra

You or he can send an email to NVC every month to ask about his case status. They will reply after 2 - 6 weeks.

The visa bulletin for September has just published so NVC will not send Welcome Letter until September 2018.

That table 2 means NVC will begin sending Welcome Letter for PD is current, it does not mean all the cases will get WL now.

NVC can only process some cases at one time. So maybe he will have to wait for several months to get WL.

My I-130 package has been at NVC since end of June following a RFE. I called last week and agent said it hasnt been looked at and she will forward it directly to a supervisor. Told me to wait 6 more weeks. PD is Oct 2016.

Anyone got any insight on the timeline for an interview date?

For interview: Table A - PD before 01 Nov 2011

For Welcome Letter (paying fees, submit documents to NVC😞 Table B - PD before 22 Mar 14

If the beneficiary is in the US, the date we pay fees and submit documents is adjustment of status date? And immigrant status would become pending?

Thanks!
