Did you call NVC.? The one I know called  NVC last June 29 and got interview on August.But I  know somebody  who  call with PD of Feb 26, 2007 and no interview letter yet. Try to call if you get your interview letter it means 3 weeks movement. Please update.Thanks

I just called NVC but haven't get much info as they just told me the information available in website.

What did they say when you ask if you have your schedule? Ask your petitioner to call or AskNVC and follow-up again. Well if you don't have your schedule maybe the cut-off for august is only Feb. 15, 2007 exactly your Priority date but your not included as it was the cut-off date.Pls. update.Hopefully you get yours.

No bro still i can't login to it. I think first you will get your wl and than my as your pd is 25 nov and my is 7 dec. So try to call nvc and ask abt ur wl.

My mom got his interview date: 8 august. priority date 27 august 2011(F2B)

BIG WARNING about RETROGRESSED in September

USCIS notify that they will make a temporary retrogression in September for some categories.

Therefore, there will be no movement in September, the cut off date will be even backward.

But in October, the movement will be bigger because USCIS begins new fiscal year. 

 

For anyone who has an interview in August and wants to re-schedule, you should attend the interview.

Because there is a chance that you will have to wait until after October for a new interview if you miss the interview in August.
