Joel is right, my pd is jan 21 2007 and i rcv the email confirming my case completion in March.  I am still waiting for my interview schedule up to this date.

november visa bulletin is not yet released so we still have hope.

Our F2B Filed in March 2016 @ California Service Center. Does anyone file their F2B case the same time like mine & still not receiving their NOA2 yet? & i believe most are still waiting for the approval notice (NOA2) from California Service Center based on the info below:

Everyone on this thread already passed that stage years ago. Many are waiting for either  welcome letters or interview at this time.

You'll have some time to wait, don't know how fast or slow until they reach your date.

Hi! Under f2b category here and i have an upcoming interview next month. And i need to register my delivery address in case my visa will be approved. However, 2 years ago i renewed my passport and my passport number has changed since then. Is there any way i can change or update my passport number in the website https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/. My passport number on my profile is the old one and i need to update it. Unfortunately, there is no option on profile that you can change your passport number.  Hoping that somebody in this forum can help. Thanks.

No worries. The visa bulletin for october did not move so i havent rcvd my interview schedule yet.

Why visa bulletin not moving? Any one know? My PD is Jan 2011 also waiting for Interview Letter.

To all F1 or F2b Philippines who have a priority date of January 2007 you can start contacting NVC at the end of this month. If you will receive your interview letter it means December 2017 visa bulletin will move. Hopefully it will move, its been 2 months no movement. Thank you
