Hi. I received an email from the NVC instructing me to send my police record again (because i sent the wrong one). I just want to ask, will i have to wait for another 2 months to review the documents again? Btw, f2b here with pd of june 2006. Thank you

Oh yes. I received Checklist asking the same, to submit PC, even it was submitted, but they probably thought, that it's not the one. So I had to resend a photocopy of it again and it took 3 months for them to review and complete the case. So prepare to wait for another 11 weeks.

Question guys.  In the application for visa, there is a question there regarding documentation of vaccinations; in the Philippines, we don't really have a record for this but we do receive these.  Should it be YES or NO?  Also, do we need to submit police certificates aside from NBI clearance?  Thank you.

My answer was NO, because I didn't have documentation regarding vaccination at the time I was filing DS-260, I explained, that it'll be done at the medical stage.

Yes, you need to submit PC from each country, where you lived longer than 6 months. Check the link:

Agreed with Lain. I got a copy of my immunization record from the 80's. When you do your medical, they'll figure out what vaccinations if any you need at that time. And you NEED to bring a police record from every country you've lived in for longer than 6 months, and make sure they are certified translated to English - with a stamp, and get a receipt if you can. When I did my interview, I submitted the original and a certified copy of the translation, I even had the receipt taped to the copy, she was about to ask for it before she saw it and said that it was OK.

I still can't believe we left so close apart, lol. And I bet you flew into JFK, right? Fingers crossed. You can check status on the same site where you paid the visa fee. I need to go get my social changed tho - my brother went to get his like 3 days after we got here and he already got his card. All now me nuh get mine, smh.

Yes, I flew into JFK, got my Social Security Card already, my Green Card is being produced, so the fact that you have received yours gives me hope that I will receive my own soon. :)

Well, fingers crossed! I haven't received my revised social yet, everyone keeps telling me I need to go in office and get it done, which I just might need to do one day this week, sigh.
