Hi, May I know this may sound silly. According to my dad, our PD is Dec 2010 (Manila, Philippines). The status is still "at NVC". Now I was checking the website for the US Visa bulletin. My question is, Which chart should I check? A. Final Action Date for Family-sponsored or B. Filing of Date for Family-sponsored. Thank you to those who will answer. ♡

Hi,

A chart is when your PD will get current and you'll receive your IL and B chart is when you'll receive your Welcome letter for further processing or adjusting your status if you are legally in US.

Ah, Yes. But I was wondering about the charts on Visa Bulletin website. There are A. Final Action and B. Filing. I am wondering which should I check, since mine is at NVC and has case number and PD already.

Those charts are both for checking. A chart when visa will be available for you and B chart, when you'll be able to pay fees and send documents, but when you'll be done with it, you still will have to wait till your PD will get current(checking chart A).

You will safee flight. Btw guys go to the social security office and apply when i went with the kids the agent told me that it will take 10 days after poe before they start processing and then a week to get it in mail. Since we were already in the country a few days it took little over a week to get in mail. Because i already had a ssnumber mine took a few days they just reprinted a card.

Same here. I'm gonna go next week, after Independence day. My brother needs a new card, I just need to get the conditions on mine removed.

And start the job hunt.

I'm still up for beer at Dave & Busters y'all.

Can he use the address of his choice of agent? Or the address in the US where his petitioner resides?

I was living in a different country than my home country when I filed, I used my uncle's address in the US and that is where physical copies of all documents were sent, even though I also received them by email.

Most likely, that VB won't cover your PD, as you haven't received your IL yet. I think, that VB will start moving faster from the new fiscal year(October VB).
