Chart B moved 7months out of 12 in the previous fiscal year and it has already moved 6 weeks in this new fiscal year, which indicates that it might move more than 7months in this new fiscal year by Go

Y'all.. I'm nervous. My father applied for his passport a few weeks ago, he had to send in his naturalization certificate when he did. He didn't have a copy. My interview is in less than two weeks. I know it's not a 'big deal' but after all this wait, it just seems stressful :( 

*** Father Immigrated with 9 y/o sister in 2009

But you got approved as F2B, right? And all your docs photocopies are already submitted?

Approved as F2b. I have the opt-out approval where his naturalization certificate was sent into NVC, as well copies of everything else. However, the I-864 has him as a naturalized citizen. He's also unemployed for the past 3 years (he had a stroke), so no tax transcript; altho I do have joint sponsors.

My PD is September 10 2010 for f2b cstegory and had an interview this moWh. I was told that when the visa is available, it will start processing. What does that mean? And will the visa be available in June next month for f2b?

All is fine, you don't need your dad's passport on the interview. You'll have to submit just yours+birth certificate+photos+medical envelope and probably updated tax returns.

No tax transcript either, he hasn't filed since his stroke 3 years ago :(

I have everything that was submitted to NVC - except petitioners tax transcript + proof of citizenship.

You are fine then, NVC has photocopies, that was already submitted. They didn't ask me for petitioners docs and even didn't have to submit updated tax forms. Just your original docs. Don't be nervous, you'll get your visa soon:)
