How is that not possible?

Viewed by two different people at two different offices....

Yeah its possible, but that I know its the only birth certificate my husband can get, he got everything (driver license, passport and other stuff) with that certificate, that's the only strange thing about it.

Mah let's see then....how long does a normal receipt take to get from California to Ohio? Does anybody know that?

Unfortunately the only thing you can really do is wait for the RFE letter to arrive and see what it is they want. It could be an error on their part if you believe you have sent everything they asked for. In which case you'll have to write a letter explaining that and send it back to them. You never know, but wait to see what they are requesting first.

What does this mean? We called them like twice to know that document is needed, but they always told us to wait for the receipt! What kind of response did they send?

This I-130 s*** is already freaking me out......

ehhe I'd like not to be worried, believe me, its just hard because I don't understand what's going on with this stupid case. A stupid letter takes forever from a State to another State....come on! Normal airplanes corss the Ocean in 4 hours, the entire ocean and a stupid letter, in 2006, 2006 not 1806 takes 80 days to get from California to Ohio. That's ridiculous.

My husband and I received an RFE for our I-130 and for the I-129F. I am assuming that they were for the same thing because my caseworker never even sent me the request for the I-130 and I received an e-mail this morning stating that CSC has received the evidence.
