I'm becoming a little confused. Which of the following forms get sent back to the Embassy (London) with Packet 3, and which stay with you and get brought to the interview?

Police Certificate?

Birth Certificate?

I-134? (I thought this was sent in, but then I read an Embassy review where they asked for this plus evidence)

I-134 evidence?

Does anyone know?

Thanks so much.

The DS-156K that is supposed to go back to the Embassy as part of Packet 3 requests that "Financial evidence, birth certificate and police record" be included with the form.

However, people are being asked for these items at the interview. If you've already sent them in, how can that be? Are we supposed to get two officials of everything?

You take them to the interview with you, you do not send them in with your DS-156K

This is the (apparently new) DS-156K form that says you need to attach those:

http://foia.state.gov/FORMS/visa/ds0156k.pdf

Perhaps an e-mail to the embassy would help!

I'll make sure to post the results, as this could cause problems for people.
