Hello Guys,

long story short i contacted my congressman concerning my case and 2 days later he contacted me back and said that USCIS told him that my case is in the interview queue in Alexandria, VA. How long do you think it would take to receive a letter for my interview date ?

Are you sure it isn't in Norfolk, VA? According to this, http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/aoslist.php?vtype=&op8=Norfolk+VA&xfr=&op1=&op2=&op3=&op4=1&op5=5%2C6%2C8%2C9%2C10%2C11&cfl=0 the last Adjustment of status there took 3 months from NOA1.

Yours might take a little longer since you had a RFE.

From that page, you can change the local CIS office and I didn't see one for Alexandria, VA.

i contacted them yesterday and the tier2 said my file COULD be in Fairfax, VA. He sent them a request while i was on the phone with him and he told me to wait for their response
