Hi Sabi2000,

Thanks for your response and lets hope they move forward approving petitions for Oct,Nov and Dec as they have not started doing that yet. What surprise me the most is that California Service center approves petitions within max of 2 month from the date they received the application whereas VSC is still sleeping on applications from last year. I am going to the states to see my husband in Dec and I hope the US customs do not ask me a lot of questions as well as denying entry.Enjoy your time with your husband.

I got a question for the ladies and gents here. Hope someone can help me out. My husband is my F2A sponsor. When I enter the US in next few months with my IV, he will have a different job in a different state. The job listed on the I-864 ends this August as he starts a tenure track Assistant Prof. position in a different state.

Does this somehow affect my entry? When the CBP officer at the entry asks me basic questions regarding where to send my green card etc and I give him our new address which is obviously different than the one on I-864, what's going to happen? I am going to carry his new job letter and few of his new pay stubs, just incase.

But it makes me nervous just thinking about it, does Mr. Husband need to submit a new I-864 to the consulate? BTW, my IV interview is over, I was under AP, AP was over last month, the consulate asked me to submit passport to issue visa, then realized Oops, can't because, my good old PD from Aug 2012 is not current now. But it will be soon (God willing) and I am nervous that the whole thing might go to AP again if new documents are needed.

Someone shed some light here, please.

Don't worry all these documents are already approved, they are not going to ask for a new I-864, and take it easy with Mr. Hiusband.

http://ceac.state.gov

^ log in with your case number and pay AoS fee

after paying that wait around a week and log in here http://ceac.state.gov/iv and fill out the ds 260

I try now but I resived this message This case is in the process of termination. Fee payments and online forms can no longer be accepted. If you believe you have received this message in error, or to resume processing of the case, please contact the NVC immediately.

Hi!

As far as I understand you won't be able to log into ceac until your case is invoiced. The NVC will let you know that you have to pay the AOS fee and fill out the choice of agent form by email, of course, if you gave it to them.

By the way, I'm not able to log into ceac either and my PD is Oct 28,2013.

Call NVC as soon as possible ! Tell them that you'll pay the fee and see how they will repsond

After reading MilkaMarjan's message, I too called NVC and asked for Invoice number. They gave me both, Invoice number and Beneficiary Number. Later they said: "But you cannot do anything with it".

So I tried to login with NVC Case Number and Invoice number, but I am too receiving the same termination message.

I think if they invoice it, we must be able to pay it. Are they blocking it purposely ? Is there anything we can do to activate the option ?

Wow, if that is the case. I am super happy. I rang the NVC and the man on the phone was really nice, previous experiences haven't so great. He informed there will be no need re-do my current police check and just wait for the Sept VB for any news.

Let's see if anything happens in the next 2 weeks. So excited!! Charles Oppenhiem is usually correct with his predictions.

So excited!! Charles Oppenhiem is usually correct with his predictions.

Charles Oppenhiem is the one who publishes the bulletin. So he is the only authentic forecaster. So sites or lawyer can predict VBs.
