i called again yesterday to reconfirm my interview sched. he told me just wait for the il till nxt week. think they havent start sending il's (to phils...)

You need 5 working days for the doctors to send the documents to the embassy. Just be careful, you don't want the documents to reach there after your interview.

The situation with the F2A Category movement seems to be even brighter. I've just read on a Russian speaking forum that someone with PD Nov 12 got their IL for September.
