yiiiiippppeeeee, NVC mailed me my interview letter, am so happy. getting prepared for it. My husband is coming from the States to be with us during interview. am so so glad.

A quick question. I have heard they usually send some sort of packet with all the info and details. When should i expect it to arrive. And can i accompany my wife for her interview in the embassy?

they only emailed me the interview letter, you can accompany her but you will not be allowed into the premises. My husband is coming home soon and will be with us during the process, he'll not be allowed in too, that's what the letter states.

Happywife_08 did NVC confirmed ur appointment for September .... If so what they said on phone ??? Double check ur email or ur husband email n if u haven't got then again on Monday give them a call ......

they told my husband they'll send email within 24hrs to 48hrs, and they sent it within 48hrs. happywife, i believe yours will come today, if not, call NVC tomorrow, also tell your husband to check his email. good luck.

Any news guys?

It's just the start of a new week, let's pray for good news to come up and keep our fingers crossed.

I was just wondering, the system glitch which has caused backlog at all the stages, will that affect scheduling of interviews also? Any idea guys.

NVC is so backlogged even the I/Ls have delays? :blink:

When I called to inquire about my interview schedule, the agent told me I will receive the email shortly. It took 2 hours to get the I/L email and I thought that was a delay. :mellow:

i called again yesterday to reconfirm my interview sched. he told me just wait for the il till nxt week. think they havent start sending il's (to phils...)
