Hi Guys, applying for i-751 two years is coming up around November. Have many questions, and googling my question just don't quite cut it.

Questions

1) I have read that you can only apply with your parent if +/- 90 days of when your parent got their CPR. My sister and I gotten ours' in November and my mother got her's in April the following year. Am I right to assume that my sister and I have to file ours' separate from her's?

2) When filing for ours' separate from my mother's, do I file one I-751 for me and I-751 for my sister, or can I just put both ours' into one set of I-751?(If so leave details please) I only ask this question because of the filing fee. Having to file separate I-751 for each us would charge over $1000.

3) What evidence do I include in each of our applications?

Thanks for the help!

1. The two of you can not file with your mother. You did not get your green cards within 90 days, so you can not file together.

2. Each is a separate case. You can not file with your sister.

3. Read the instructions. What you need may depend on the visa you entered on.
