question-i-751 form- please help

hi guys, I need some help

and I found that this couple submitted passport style photo

1. Do I have to submit it too? I didn't find it in the instruction

and more questions:

2. Do we submit photos too (like from our trips together or family gathering for example?) someone told me that I don't need to submit photos? If it is better for me to submit them, how many?

3. Is it safe to just submit 2 sworn affidavits? we can make 3 (all done by my in-laws), but I'm just wondering

4. Just wanna make sure again. Do we leave all that don't apply to us blank? such as part 5: Accomodation For Individuals with Disabilities, this does not apply to us, so we just leave it blank or we put NA on the first box?

5. Part 4: Information About Children. We don't have children yet, someone said, all i need to do is just to type "NA" only in the first box on each part?

6. We can use either black /blue ink to sign, right? (part 6)

7. My husband is a USC (born and grew up here) so he doesn't have an Alien number, since we cannot type NA, we then leave it blank?

Please help with these questions, any info is much appreciated, thanks

OP: Agree with Happy Forever, you would do well to consult and reference a comment about the ROC Process than the one you mention. It was posted over eight (8) years ago. I would suspect that some instructions/requirements have changed in the ensuing years. A more appropriate starting place would likely be the current USCIS Form I-1751 instructions: http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-751instr.pdf

For Alien number on husband, leave blank (since you cannot type in NA)

I understand About the questions that don't apply to us, we will have to leave them blank or write NA. My question is, do we have to write NA on every box? Or "one NA" is enough on each first box on each part? I hope you understand my question, thanks again.

the thing is, we didn't know that we should not send the original documents (I have just found out now) we submitted the originals of our affidavits will there be a problem (maybe when Biometric??) I'm so nervous. We only have copies with us now. should we tell them that our affidavits are the original?

is there always be Biometric? I've heard somewhere that maybe they won't invite us for Biometric if they think our evidence is good enough. is that true? I'm curious

Answers:

• They will send you the NOA when the file enters the queue and a letter informing you of the date of your biometric appointment.
• Having sent the originals is no issue whatsoever for the biometric appointment. The biometric appointment is only for one purpose, to take biometrics.
• Yes, there is always a biometric appointment. If evidence is sufficient, then the petition will be approved without needing to have an interview.

Thanks so much for the info any ideas how long it is for us to get the NOA? (Hopefully we won't get RFE of course!) It's been 5 days since they received it. We will be patient for sure, and I know we have to wait, I just like to know just to be ready

I just received I-797, Notice of Action. It says that my conditional resident status is extended for a period of one year. During the one-year extension I am authorized employment and travel.

another question came up here :/ I can't find my case status when I entered the receipt number in the Case Status Tool. it says "

"Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283"

Should I wait a lil bit more? maybe it is not ready yet? ( try to think positive here

I'm sure to put all the numbers there including the WAC and without dash too (example: WAC1234567899) (am I doing it correctly then?)

If I'm planning to travel abroad (Canada, Japan and Indonesia) is showing this I-797 Form to the border/airport officer enough? should I do something else before I go? ask for something to USCIS maybe? like a special letter which says that I'm allowed to travel? it is when I go back to the US that I'm worried about. The form does say that I'm authorized to travel during this waiting game (btw my case is in California Service Center, the processing time is 6 months, some people say) any experience from you guys regarding travel abroad during one year extension?
