questions about k1 visa

good day. i am a Filipina and my fiance is an American. we've been in a relationship for more than 2 years already and now we are planning to be together for good in USA, we made lots of reading about fiance visa but still need some expert advises or anyone that has done this procedure before already.

1. do we both need to get a certification of singleness or CENOMAR?

2. in part 2, 29a to 30 does it mean my address and phone number here in the philippines?

3.please explain 31a to 32 f.

4. and one more thing. do i need to fill up this form in capital letters or not??

i know its just minimal concerns but we sure want to make everything perfect as we can. we will appreciate all the help. thank you in advance.

1.) You'll need the CENOMAR at embassy interview phase, not during the I-129f petition process.

2.) Yes.

3.) It says "Fill-out only if your name or address have native alphabets other Roman letters". Rarely (if NOT at all) applicable to Filipinos.

4.) Not necessarily, but you can. Read other instructions on filling out the I-129f here, page 2: http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-129finstr.pdf
