you have done illegal activity since you were there on student visa and got married that means your cousin is also willing to do this !!

By law all immigrant and non immigrant, entered with visa or no, even undocumented, have right to marry an USC as long as there's no impediments that can affect marriage by both sides.

Thus, a foreign student in US LEGALLY got married.

He wanted to visit me and family, but he doesn't have strong background (not that strong of income, bank balance etc)

I have heard that you can have some business in US, and as a special expertise, you can bring someone here in US to work. I might have heard wrong, but that is why I am making sure here.

Let's say, someone is teaching YOGA in India, and you open up business here in US, and you need to bring that person as teacher, you can put file for that. is that correct? Does it seem so complex to be able to explain to lawyer rather than herE?

Sorry if I am not clear. please feel free to ask any questions you have.

To get a tourist visa he must demonstrate that he has strong ties with his home country, if he doesn't show proof of it his visa will be denied because he must demonstrate that he is NOT an immigrant but a visitor.

Yes, intending to put a business in the US would give him the access to the country, but by that he must show proof that he has enough money to put a business as for his own living, besides promising that he will hire American employees. If I can recall minimum to put business and get residence must be around $100,000 dollars (if I am mistaken could someone correct it?).

Good luck! My regards...

Its USD1 million actually for an IR5, or USD500,000 if in high-unemployment/rural area.
