ok. so i went to psychological evaluation today and the psychologist told me that I CAN'T MARRY MY FIANCE due to the grounds of my annullment which is psychological incapacity. the psychologist didn't give me a chance to talk and defend myself BUT he RUDELY shouted at me and told me about my previous annullment. he gave all the papers back to me and told me to go home instead.

I'm sorry to hear that this happened.

I don't know anything about annulments in the Philippines nor about the procedures surrounding them. Wish I could offer advise, but you do have my sympathy.

hi. we actually don't have any option to choose a psychologist. the ground for my annullment was "psychological incapacinated".

Hi analyn I was told to come back for Psych Evaluation too this coming Aug.4 because I am annuled..It says some here that after the evaluation they did the psych exam too wherein they were reffered to PEPS...and it was a whole day exam in Quezon City and wait for 2 weeks for the results to come out...My interview will be this coming Aug.15,2014...

Please help me, How did u pass your psych evaluation and did not go through the Psych Exam in QC..

hi. what was the ground of your annulment? mine was psychological incapacity. anyway, the psychologist will try to be rude to you but remember to keep your COMPOSURE! just relaxed and answer all the question honestly and show that you are not intimidated on how he/she treats you...because that's their job.

just relax and and don't be so emotional when being asked about your annulment ok.

In our finality degree, the result was mutual psychological incapacitated which means both of us has it.. I am the respondent and my ex is the petitioner..I never appeared to any of the hearings as to expedite the process by not contesting anything on what was written there even if all was a whole make up stories.....

I saw your dates of posting here and it only took you 3 days to get through with your psych evaluation..I have read some threads with other VJ members that has the same situation like us, most of them were referred to PEPS after their evaluation...and it took them 2 weeks for the result..My Interview is on Aug.15 and I cant afford to be rescheduled again since it was so hard to get through with online scheduling.

Can you give me some questions that you have encountered during your evaluation?

Is it a Boy or Lady Psych Doctor?

we have the same situation. it was a man who did the personality test. basically he will ask you some personal information like age,birthday, etc..however, he will read the annulment paper and he will explain what was your disorder according to what he had read. he will be so rude as he can...but that's the game. he will just see if you will be emotional or be hysterical. so the best thing you can do is to relax...don't get emotional. hold your temper and act normal. so basically. he will ask you questions about your annulment and past marriage...that's it. i never attended any hearings as well, so tell him that your lawyer advised you not to attend any hearings....so be honest.
