Here i want to share important thing that my interview was on 3rd July just before one day before Independence day of US and that day there were 4 girls and 2 boys present for CR1/IR1 interview and all people got Approved on the spot as my knowledge .....

Can you please tell me what civil documents you send to NVC and wht form did u fill DS-260 or DS-230.

i just received my IV bill today.

I-130 Sent : 4-Jun-13
I-130 NOA1 : 28-Jun-13
I-130 Approved : 25-Mar-14
NVC Received : 11-Apr-14
AOS Bill : 17-May-14
Submit DS-261 : 17-May-14
Pay AOS Bill : 19-May-14
Send AOS Package : 3-Jun-14
AOS Package Scanned 21-Jun-14
Receive IV Bill : 10-Jul-14
Pay IV Bill : 10-Jul-14
DS-260 FILLED 18-Jul-14
IV PACKET SENT 24-Jul-14
AOS Check list received 28-Jul-14
IV PACKET Delivered 29-Jul-14
AOS Check list sent 1-Aug-14
AOS Check list Delivered 1-Aug-14

Can you please tell me what civil documents you send to NVC and wht form did u fill DS-260 or DS-230.

i just received my IV bill today.

i sent all the civil documents in original form, i m from afghanistan. ID card, marriage certificate, color copy of passport, 2 passport size photoes, birth certificate original and i filled Ds 260. i think ds 230 is replaced on ds 260 so v need to fill ds 260 anymore

I guess it all matters on the officers mood then LoL bcuz they put a lot of cases under AP without a reason..my hubbys case under AP over 2 years n still no news from embassy..I got 2 boys comepletly raising them all by my self..but I guess no1 realise's some1s hardship specially when little kids really need their father...

But I request to all brothers and sisters out there to please pray for us..

Sometimes gets very annoying.

Yes depend upon mood but all people got approval on 3rd July from different case officers !!!!

Except CRI/IR1 , 98% mostly cases put on AP with out reason , so i suggest you if you are married , apply with CRI/IR1 visa not a K3/K1/F2B ....

Here i am not saying that CRI/IR1 visa do not put on AP but the percentage is low as compare to K3/K1/F2B visa

People think K1 / K3 is faster as compare to CR1/IR1 and they got stuck for years due to AP
